The skin is primarily composed of water, and maintaining its hydration is essential for its health and appearance. Here are some steps to follow if the pump on your lotion or body wash is not opening or has stopped working:

IF THE PUMP DOES NOT OPEN:

1. Ensure that the screw cap on the bottle is tightened all the way. This prevents the small circular disc beneath the pump from spinning.

2. Hold the disc in place with your thumb while twisting the pump to unlock it.

IF THE PUMP DOES NOT DISPENSE LOTION:

1. Our lotions have rich and luxurious formulas, which may require multiple pumps to prime and dispense the lotion. Please be patient with this process.

2. If a "well" appears around the pump at the bottom of the bottle, remove the pump and place your hand over the bottle's opening. Shake the bottle vigorously to distribute the moisturizer evenly, and then replace the pump.

3. Check for any clogs in the opening at the end of the pump. If there is a clog, hold the pump under hot water for 20 seconds and use a toothpick or needle to remove the obstruction.

4. If there is no clog, remove the pump from the bottle and wipe off any excess lotion from the tube using a paper towel.

5. Submerge the pump in hot water for one minute and then start pumping to clear out any blockages. If this doesn't work, soak the pump a little longer and repeat the process.

By following these steps, you should be able to resolve issues with a non-opening or malfunctioning pump on your lotion or body wash.
